Corpsmember of the Year Award
Celebrating extraordinary young adults from America’s Service and Conservation Corps
About the Award
This award honors a select group of exceptional Corpsmembers from our member Service and Conservation Corps. These young adults have exceeded the expectations of their Corps by exhibiting outstanding leadership skills and demonstrating an earnest commitment to service and civic engagement. The Corpsmembers of the Year are role models; their personal stories and accomplishments are an inspiration to Corpsmembers nationwide. Awardees are chosen through a competitive nomination process.

Project of the Year Award
Celebrating Project Innovation and Achievement in the Corps World
About the Award
This award honors select Corps that have undertaken especially noteworthy endeavors within the past year. The Project of the Year Award celebrates the important services Corps provide to communities and young people across the country. Projects of the Year are innovative and demonstrate a Corps’ ability to give Corpsmembers a positive experience and provide the community with meaningful improvements. Projects must demonstrate meaningful impact on the Corpsmembers involved, as well as qualitative and quantitative effects on the community. Awardees are chosen through a competitive nomination process.

Legacy Achievement Award
Recognizing Extraordinary Leadership and Career Achievements in the Corps Community
About the Award
The Corps Network’s Corps Legacy Achievement Award recognizes leaders who have worked in the Corps movement for approximately 15+ years and have: served in a senior leadership position at a Corps or multiple Corps (e.g. CEO, Executive Director, Board Member, Vice President) [and/or] made a significant contribution to the movement (e.g. founded a Corps, brought a Corps to scale, made a significant national contribution through developing a nationwide project, etc.). Legacy Achievement Awardees are nominated by their peers and partners from the Corps community.

21st Century Conservation Service Corps Champion of the Year Award
[This award was last recognized in 2020]
About the Award
The 21CSC Champion of the Year Award was created to honor people who have played an integral role in partnering with Corps programs that engage the next generation of outdoor stewards, recreationists, and entrepreneurs on public lands. Awardees include individuals who, through their role at a nonprofit organization or government agency, partnered with Corps programs to complete projects on public lands and provide job training to young adults and veterans. Awardees were nominated by their peers and partners in the Corps community.
