ORGANIZATION/PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
RMYC engages the strength and potential of youth and young adults to make a difference in themselves and their community through meaningful service opportunities, educational experiences, and employment. RMYC strives to meet the needs of the communities and public lands of northwest Colorado by offering a variety of programs and services for youth ages 11-30 years.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Various positions available in the White River National Forest and Medicine Bow-Routt National Forest including:
Recreation positions in Yampa, Walden, Steamboat Springs, Dillon, Minturn, Eagle, Aspen, and Rifle, Colorado and Saratoga, Laramie, and Douglas, Wyoming
Trails and Wilderness positions in Yampa, Walden, Steamboat Springs, Dillon, Minturn, Aspen, Rifle, and Meeker, Colorado and Saratoga, Laramie, and Douglas, Wyoming
Timber/Forestry positions available in Minturn and Dillon, Colorado and Laramie, Wyoming

REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent
18 Years of age or older with a valid driver license and clean driving record.
Eligibility to work in the US
This position is supported by the Public Lands Hiring Authority which requires candidates to be between the ages of 16 to 30.
Pre-service background screening required, including FBI background check
Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
