The Corps Network Partners with America250
The Corps Network (TCN) is excited to be an official supporting partner of the America250 campaign to help amplify the value of national service and position Corps programs as a critical component of America’s future.
Established in 2016, the America250 Foundation (America250) was formed as the nonprofit partner to the U.S. Semiquincentennial Commission. More than a single day of celebration, America250 is a country-wide invitation to reflect on our shared American history, recognize the people and places that have shaped our democracy, and imagine the nation we want to build for the next 250 years.
The Corps Network is participating in America250 to celebrate this important milestone and ensure that Service and Conservation Corps –– and the young adults and veterans who serve in them –– are recognized as a vital part of the nation’s past, present, and future.
America Gives: A Nationwide Push for Volunteer Service
One of America250’s core pillars is America Gives–a nationwide effort to make 2026 the largest year of volunteer service in U.S. history. Individuals and organizations can submit volunteer hours through the America Gives website so more people can see themselves as part of America250.
To encourage participation, America Gives is also launching a national giving initiative: Americans who submit service hours will be eligible for a drawing where selected participants can direct grant funding to nonprofit charities from a list of partners.
