MISSION
American Conservation Experience (ACE) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing rewarding environmental service opportunities that harness the idealism and energy of a young adult labor force to help restore America’s public lands.
DESCRIPTION
American Conservation Experience (ACE) recruits, trains and mobilizes over 1,000 young adults annually who complete essential conservation projects in national and state parks, wildlife refuges, local communities and more. Program participants gain practical job skills and professional development while making an impact. ACE has worked in all 50 states and several territories.
Through its Crew program, members benefit from shared housing, meals on projects, trainings, a living allowance and other benefits. Crew members work in some of our nation's most iconic locations while building lifelong friendships and enjoying hands-on conservation experiences. ACE's Emerging Professionals in Conservation (EPIC) program enables individuals to apply their resource management knowledge under the guidance of public land agency mentors through a wide range of positions.
We feature openings for member roles throughout the year.
