ORGANIZATION/PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Established in 1985, The Corps Network is the National Association of Service and Conservation Corps. Our membership of more than 150 Corps across the United States provides young adults and veterans the opportunity to serve our country through projects on public lands and in communities. The Corps Network supports Corps through advocacy, providing access to funding and project opportunities, and by offering expertise in Corps operations and programming.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
As the Grants Coordinator, you will be an integral member of the finance and administration team responsible for the organization’s monitoring, and compliance, across a diverse portfolio of Corps programs. In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Grants Management team and serve as a hub for information related to The Corps Network’s grants management process. Your job will be to establish a culture of excellence in grant administration among all grantees.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Grant Administration
- Assist Grants Manager with providing post-award grants management support for programs of The Corps Network.
- Review submitted programmatic and financial reports to monitor subgrantee performance.
- Aid the Grants Manager with fiscal reporting and reimbursement requests of subgrantees.
Data Management
- Uphold knowledge management practices through regular maintenance of data collection tools and internal CRM.
- Generating or managing reports from our grant database.
- Analyze program data to report on The Corps Network’s progress towards defined grant performance measures.
Training and Technical Assistance
- Providing technical assistance to grantees through remote support, workshops, webinars, or other opportunities.
Other
- Attend the annual AmeriCorps grantee symposium.
- Involvement with the planning and implementation of The Corps Network’s annual National Conference, Day of Service, and other special events.
- Participate in staff meetings, work groups, and other committees as appropriate.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualifications
- Superior customer service skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with OMB’s Guidance for Grants and Agreements in 2 CFR 200.
- Working knowledge of AmeriCorps programs and demonstrated understanding of applicable rules, regulations, terms, and conditions of award.
- Prior experience administering and/or managing grants.
- Experience assisting multi-site grant programs, preferably involving subrecipient monitoring.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies. Prior experience with eGrants, Salesforce, FormAssembly, and/or Thinkific.
Must be able to satisfactorily complete a criminal history background check.
