You are responsible for overseeing AmeriCorps members who are facing challenging work with limited resources. This work is hard and can lead to burnout. In most cases, you cannot pay your members more or increase their benefits. Maybe reading this you are starting to feel stressed out. We have been there and will share the strategies we’ve developed to reduce member burnout as well as your own. In this workshop you will come away with practical member management strategies as well as a better understanding of the underlying sources of stress for members and their supervisors.
