Intended for Corps selected to participate in the proposed Department of Labor Pathways Out of Poverty Project.

Intended for CEOs and Executive Directors of Corps to share challenges, victories, and ideas. This session will provide CEOs with an opportunity to share their unique experiences with other people at the top.

Intended for the six 2010 Corpsmembers of the Year. During this time, Corpsmembers will learn more about The Corps Network and one another, and practice speeches. Plenary : Building the Next Generation of Conservation Leaders
Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar will unveil the Office of Youth in Natural Resources, which will administer youth programs throughout the eight bureaus of the Department of Interior, and provide his perspective regarding the future of youth in conservation.

Green Pathways to Post-Secondary Success
The Corps Network in partnership with the Academy for Educational
Development, Green For All and multiple stakeholders is engaged in this project designed to assure that youth least likely to benefit from the green economy have defined pathways

2:15 PM - 5:00 PM AmeriCorps Education Award Program (EAP) Session
While open to all Forum participants, this session is required for EAP representatives from Corps already participating in the joint CNCS/The Corps Network sponsored program. This session will begin with a discussion and Q&A about the required criminal background checks and cover My AmeriCorps Portal navigation including creating helpful reports. When the CNCS portion concludes at 3:45 the session will become EAP only.
