Patricia Gill
Patricia Gill is the Program Director of the Civic Justice Corps and is primarily responsible for providing technical assistance and grant compliance oversight to the Civic Justice Corps Sites.
Patricia’s areas of specialty include youth development and employment, meeting planning and facilitation, multi-site initiative implementation, cross-system collaboration, and continuous improvement for practitioners, programs, and organizations.
Prior to joining The Corps Network, Patricia was a Senior Project Manager for the National Youth Employment Coalition, worked at the National Training Institute for Community Youth Work at the Academy for Educational Development, and directed youth programs in both Chicago (The Youth and Family Resource Center) and Washington, DC (The Duke Ellington School of the Arts Shepherding Program). As part of the Haitian Youth Livelihood Project, she conducted focus groups, developed standards for youth programs, and facilitated trainings for USAID and the Haitian Ministry. In addition to her front line youth work experience, Patricia has created curriculum and facilitated courses for both adults and youth in: youth development, community mapping, mentoring, college prep, youth employment skills, conflict resolution, and positive discipline. She has a degree in Communication from the University of Maryland and a JD from the Georgetown University Law Center.
